In the first Division I Bushnell Golfweek Coaches Poll since April, Pepperdine checks in as the No. 1 team in men’s college golf.
The Waves top the poll with 480 total points and nine first-place votes. They won three of the four fall events and came in second in the other one. Right behind Pepperdine is Oklahoma. Those two teams were previously in the 1 and 2 positions in the poll and held steady.
Up from No. 12 into third is Vanderbilt, which garnered three first-place votes. Texas and Georgia round out the top five.
The only other team receiving first-place votes is Arizona State but the Sun Devils are ranked 10th overall in the poll.
Arkansas was the biggest mover, jumping from outside the top 25 to 7th.
There are 28 teams ranked, as there is a four-way tie for 25th.
