A half-kneeling medicine ball slam is a great way to get your anger out over that triple bogey you had last week, but also helps increase stability in your core and works your upper and lower body.

In the latest episode of, “Fitness with Averee,” Averee Dovsek demonstrates how to do a half-kneeling medicine ball slam. This exercise is a great option for golfer’s with a tight hip flexor because the movement is free flowing.

Combine what you learn through “Fitness with Averee” with Steve Scott’s instruction series and you will be a different golfer on and off the course.
